In addition, staff is on-call 24/7 for assistance with any field-related issues, therefore ensuring high availability, fast action plan coordination and efficient intervention. Furthermore, its Network Operation Center (NOC) allows preventive maintenance for monitored sites based on visual, email and paging alert generation. Monitoring through NOC enables real-time detection of server variances, such as those related to load, performance and availability. This technology facilitates remote installation of new versions or upgrades, once approval of all involved parties has been obtained. Bluberi provides consultation concerning floor infrastructure and status, assisting clients in the choice of equipment and operational interventions that best suit their needs.
